Unsere Jersey-Vollmilch enth\u00e4lt im Schnitt 6\u00a0% Fett, die gesetzliche Vorgabe f\u00fcr Vollmilch sind 3,5\u00a0%. 100 ml Jersey-Milch enthalten 4,2 g Protein, \u00fcbliche Milch im Schnitt 3,5\u00a0g. Dieses Fett sorgt f\u00fcr den reichen Geschmack und damit f\u00fcr gro\u00dfartige Milch.
