Cow\u2019s milk contains two types of protein: 82% casein and 18% whey. Casein includes Beta casein, which has two variants: A1 and A2. A cow\u2019s genes contain A1 protein, A2 protein, or a combination of the two. This means that the composition of milk varies per cow. A1 milk contains BCM-7. People with a dairy intolerance often can\u2019t cope with this. No BCM-7 is released when drinking A2 dairy products, which means that people often suffer less digestive problems and mucus formation. This does not include those people whose dairy intolerance has been medically confirmed. The health aspect of A2 milk is currently being researched.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Do you also have A2 milk?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, all our fresh dairy (full fat milk and yoghurt) contains A2 protein. Our long life milk and cheese is currently not yet 100% A2 milk simply because we are currently unable to meet the high demand.
