Holland Jersey cheese Mature

This is cheese made from the milk of our Jersey cows. This is because Jersey milk is naturally rich in protein and healthy fats (such as omega 3). The whole milk is not skimmed and this gives the cheese a creamy, rich flavor. Holland Jersey cheese is 100% natural, with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Holland Jersey MATURE has a mild, full creamy taste and is naturally ripened on wooden shelves for approx. 16-20 weeks.

Fresh whole Jersey milk – with an average natural fat content of 6% – is homogenized and heated. Jersey cheese is lactose-free (lactose <0.1g/100g).
