Together with our farmers, partners, and baristas who work with our milk every day, we’ve learned so much about the sustainability of our milk in recent years. Sustainability is a broad concept, but it basically boils down to creating a sustainable world with a balance between people, planet, and profit so we don’t deplete our earth. We don’t have a monopoly on wisdom, but are always working with others in our chain to see how we can progress. Whether that’s on the farm or whether we make improvements in such things as our packaging. We’ve sought long and hard and have now reached the point where we can be concrete about how we see sustainability within Holland Jersey. We’re proactive and aim to keep progressing.
