Jersey milk comes from a different breed of cow.

It’s a bit like comparing Goudrenetten with Elstar apples. They’re both apples but they taste different and have a different texture. Jersey milk has a slightly different flavor and naturally contains 20% more protein, 6% fat, more vitamins, calcium, and omega 3 as well as being 100% A2.*

Jersey cows make the best, and according to many, the most delicious milk there is. At Holland Jersey dairy we make full fat milk and yoghurt from that top-quality milk. We don’t subject our product to any unnecessary processing and we don’t skim our full fat milk. This ensures that we retain all the quality and flavor so you can drink the creamiest milk in the Netherlands: Straight from the pack, with your breakfast, or in your coffee.

To retain this special flavor, we have a completely separate milk stream, which is also entirely traceable from farmer to pack.
